Brandon has successfully completed numerous middle-market merger and acquisition and recapitalization transactions in the software, business services, consumer, industrial services, and distribution industries. Prior to founding Evercap, Brandon was a Managing Director at an M&A-focused investment banking firm with a 30+ year history where he led buy-side engagements for private equity firms and strategic acquirers.

At Evercap, Brandon leads strategy and spearheads client engagements across multiple industries. He has spent his entire career sourcing proprietary M&A deals and leverages that experience to ensure Evercap’s clients all receive comprehensive target lists, industry-leading response rates, and full pipelines of actionable opportunities.

Brandon earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University, where he graduated magna cum laude. Additionally, Brandon enjoys tennis and is an advisor to the Northwestern Ohio Christian Youth Camp.
