Brandon has successfully completed numerous middle-market merger and acquisition and recapitalization transactions in the software, business services, consumer, and industrial sectors. Prior to founding Evercap, Brandon was a Managing Director at Crutchfield Capital, a well-regarded boutique investment banking firm, where he led buy-side engagements for private equity firms and strategic acquirers.

At Evercap, Brandon leads strategy and spearheads client engagements across multiple industries. He has spent his entire career sourcing proprietary M&A deals and leverages that experience to ensure Evercap’s clients all receive comprehensive target lists, industry-leading response rates, and full pipelines of actionable opportunities.

Brandon holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University. In his free time, he enjoys tennis, pickleball, and being actively involved at Northbrook Church.
