Steve is the previous CEO of Eads Distribution, a leading flow control distributor of instrumentation and valves. Under Steve’s leadership, Eads completed a majority recapitalization with The CapStreet Group and acquired five other process and flow control companies before selling to FCX Performance, a Harvest Partners platform investment.

Steve has advised and served on multiple boards including Birkman International, an industry-leading occupational assessment company headquartered in Houston, Texas, and he holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
