Mike has successfully sourced and executed sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions across the software, tech-enabled services, media, and consumer sectors. He began his career in sell-side M&A originations, where he sourced more than 10 successful transactions for some of the most recognizable financial and strategic buyers in the market. Most recently, Mike was a Vice President at CDX Advisors, a boutique investment bank, and also served as Director of Strategy at DealMaker, a venture-backed fintech company.

At Evercap Advisors, Mike leads execution on approved target lists for private equity clients, drawing on years of origination experience to help ensure comprehensive coverage, strong response rates, and full pipelines of actionable opportunities.

Mike graduated magna cum laude, attending Macalester College before completing his degree at the College of Charleston.

Outside of banking, Mike is an avid wellness enthusiast and the founder of Move More Collective, a wellness events and media brand. In his free time, he enjoys cross training, golfing, cooking, and spending time with his mini bernedoodle, Luca.
